Advocate Maria Rawicz-Zaborowska has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2014.
Maria graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, defending her master’s thesis in the field of criminal law. During her studies, she clerked for a judge in a criminal department of the District Court in Warsaw. Maria also holds a diploma in English and European Union Law after graduation of a 2-year course at the Center for British Law organized in cooperation with the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge.
Maria specializes in criminal proceedings (including tax evasion cases), representing clients vis-à-vis law enforcement authorities and before the court. She gained professional experience in top Warsaw law firms specializing in criminal law. Maria systematically raises her qualifications by participating in conferences and seminars on criminal law and protection of human rights (i.a. international conferences organized in Strasbourg and Trier by the European Law Academy).
In February 2021. Maria Rawicz-Zaborowska has been appointed Deputy Disciplinary Prosecutor at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
Maria is fluent in English.
