Tax advisor with 8 years of experience in providing legal and tax services. He gained experience, among others, in Big Four consulting firms, Polish law firms and consulting companies, as well as in the General Attorney of the Treasury Office. In the past he lectured on tax law, budgetary law and finances of Polish local government units at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

Maciej's practice covers tax advisory in the following areas: day-to-day support for entrepreneurs, transactional and restructuring advice, implementation of tax procedures, as well as support for international capital structures.

Maciej has advised corporations from financial sector (including insurers and funds’ management companies), Food/FMCG industry and production sector. His scope of expertise covered restructuring advisory (merger of large enterprises from financial sector, creation of dedicated investment structure, restructuring of international capital groups investing in real estate), carrying out comprehensive tax audits, deals advisory, ongoing tax assistance.

Maciej graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also completed the British Law Centre 2-year course on EU and British law organized as a part of cooperation between the University of Warsaw and Cambridge University. He completed doctoral studies at the University of Warsaw.

He is fluent in English (including legal language).
