Damian Piłat is an attorney-at-law with 7 years of experience, cooperating with KGRZ as of counsel.

Damian’s practice includes: advice on the settlement of VAT and other indirect taxes, transactional advice, representation of Clients during tax proceedings and tax inspections, as well as in cases before administrative courts.

Damian also advises Clients in the field of civil and commercial law, in particular on negotiation of contracts.

He gained his professional experience in international consulting firms (including BIG4 companies) where he advised large and medium-sized Polish business entities as well as companies belonging to international capital groups. His Clients operate in diverse industries - including manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, retail, construction and finance.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
